This service is for first-time customers who feel insecure about their pets becoming familiar with our pet sitter.

We will visit while you are away from home, and care for your pets along our general program. If you are relieved to see your pet's appearance after you returns, please use us again next time you are away from home.

Uniformly 2,000 yen + Actual traffic expense

This service is for dogs and cats who cannot stand being alone. Our pet sitter will stay overnight with them.

We stay your home from 8:00PM to 8:00AM, during which we care for and walk with your pets at night and in the morning.


10,500 yen (Up to two cats or small or medium-sized dogs), plus 2,000 yen if you request to add walking in the afternoon.
12,600 yen (Up to two large-sized dogs), plus 3,000 yen if you request to add walking in the afternoon.
We charge you the round-trip traffic expense from our office to your home per day.
* The rate for extension is 2,000 yen per hour.

Won't you make your dogs attend the wedding reception or any other parties?

We will care your dogs until the time of taking a commemorative photo, by playing and going out for walking with them. If you prepare a dress for the dogs, we will make them wear it to be ready for photo.

If we will receive your dogs on 14:00, care for them during the ceremony and reception, and return them to you on 18:00, the total charge is:

We have often met overweight dogs and cats recently when we visited the customers' home. We worry about their health every time we come across them.

Are your dogs or cats plump?
"Dogs or cats plumping a little are cute, aren't they?"
You may think so and we understand your feeling. But, please think well if such a feeling is good for your pets. Actuary, the cats in one of our staff's home are reducing their weight. One of the cats in Yamaguchi's home has diabetes.

Conversely, do you have dogs or cats that have a feeble appetite and do not eat well? This is also the source of concern to the owner.

Yoshimi Shiratori, a Rusuban Wannyan's staff who has gained certification as a nutritionist for pets, advises dietary therapy and prepares menus tailored for each dog or cat. Moreover, for the pet owners who are interested in handmade food but too busy to make it or don't know how to make it, she will assist making menus of handmade food.

Negative health effects of obesity or extreme underweight
The obesity causes diabetes, hyperlipemia, high-blood pressure, heart disease, fatty liver, cancer, etc. However, if your pets reduce their caloric intake too much, it may increase the risk of malnutrition, losing glossy hair, or poor development if the pet is in the growing stage.
We first check the physical condition of your pet based on body fat percentage, weight, BCS (a table that defines five types of body shape), etc. Then, we will advise the caloric intake method tailored to your pet to support to become the ideal shape.

Ribs and backbone not easily palpable under a heavy fat covering.
Abdomen rounded; waist barely visible to absent.
Prominent flank folds which sway from side to side when walking.

Obese Dog
Ribs not easily palpable under a fat covering.
Fat deposits over lumbar area and tail base.
Waist barely visible to absent.
No abdominal tuck--may exhibit obvious abdominal distention.

<Example of dietary menus>

Cat (Scottish Fold, male, 7.2kg in weight, and about 31% of body fat percentages)
This cat's ideal values are 6kg in weight and about 18 to 24% of body fat percentages.

The basic intake calorific value of 6kg cat is 360kcal. Because 40% of this value is 144kcal, 360 - 144=216kcal. Therefore, the caloric intake per day should be 216kcal.

Because the fat of 1kg=7,700kcal, this cat has to decrease 7,700*1.2=9,240kcal. As this cat decreases 144kcal per day,

9,240÷144=64.1666???(Omitted)

It will take about 64 days for this cat to become the ideal shape.
*As for the number of days, there is a considerable individual difference.

This service is for the customers who are too busy to take their pets to animal hospital or trimmer shop. We will visit your home and accompany your pets to the hospital or the shop. We will go there again to pick up them at the time the treatment ends and bring them back to home (We might have to attend to the end of the treatment on a case-by-case basis, such as seeking veterinary advice).

* We can carry your pet in the carry cage if the body weight is 10kg or less. If your pet can walk with us, there is no limitation of weight.

1,500 yen per 30 min (Negotiable)
When you have run out of food, sweets, sheets or sands for your pet's rest room, etc. that you usually use, and you inform us about it by the previous day, we will buy them on behalf of you before we visit your home for pet sitting. Please inform us of the shop at which the product is sold.
If you do not specify any brand or type of the product, we can accept your request on the day we visit your home.

500 yen (or more depending on the case)
This service is for the customers who are too busy to wash your dogs.
Though we are not trimmers, we will wash your dogs on behalf of you at a reasonable charge.
