We celebrated 15th years' anniversary on this April 2nd and we think we can continue to do our business with your supports.

For 15 years, we have not changed our charges and we stopped requiring you extra charges from year-end till new year, GW, and summer.
This time we would like to ask you to understand that we will change some parts of the charge rate and transfer expenses because of the following two reasons.
The first reason is that we moved our head office to Shibuya two years ago and we meet there before we visit our clients' houses.
The second reason is that we always think it is the most important to take enough time for looking after clients' pets and want to take more time.for your pets.
The charges include tax.

This new rate becomes effective on April 2nd to new clients, and on July 2nd to the clients who already used our service ( we will inform you at any time).

This new fiscal year, four new staff have joined us ! All of us will promise you to do our best for taking care of your pets. I sincerely ask your understanding.

But when it occurs by bad weather, we take it as an exception.

We will discount the charge from next June for one year following the times you will use our service from this May till next May.
You will get one point for one use.
