The cancellation charge on the very day will cost you 2000 yen.
But when it occurs by bad weather, we take it as an exception.

If you have a number of dogs of which size are different, or you have different kinds of pets such as a combination of dog and cat, we will give an estimate for you, so please feel free to inquire us.

We usually care your pet for one hour, however, if you have a number of pets or if you request to walk with your dog longer than usual, it will take more than one hour.

If you request us to care for your pets for a long period of time, we will do so at the rate of 1,000 yen per 30 minutes.

Please let us know if your pet requires special care, including taking medicine, insulin injection, and exchange of bandages, etc.

We can do the following services free of charge: watering to plants (500 yen of extra charge if there are more than four pots), taking newspapers, mails, and bottles of milk into the house.
