It is necessary to make Pre-meetings. Please contact us for meeting by telephone, fax, or e-mail. We will visit you at your convenience. It will take about one hour.

We would like to see how you usually take care of your pets. Also, we will meet your dogs or cats, and if necessary, we will go for a walk together or play with them to determine whether we can take care of your pets.

During this time, please decide whether you feel safe when you ask us pet sitting. Of course, you can just register at that time. We recommend trial service if you don't feel at ease.

Please contact us by telephone, fax, or e-mail. We will call you back or reply by e-mail. If you don't need any meeting again, please send your key to us.

We will visit your home at your convenience to explain the details of our service.

We will meet your pets there. Please let us know some information on your pets, including meals, bathroom habits, family veterinarian, and your emergency contact number. It will take about one hour to complete this meeting. As for dogs, we will go for a walk together with you and your dogs on your usual course after this meeting.

We will visit your home again if you have changed the residence and/or pets, or when you feel uneasy because you have not ordered pet sitting service to us for a long time.


Please send your key to Rusuban Wannyan by one week before the date you use our service via Yamato Transport's courier service. Do not use Yamato's mail service.

If possible, please send us two keys (or two sets of keys). One key will be kept in our office and the other will be used by the pet sitter.

If you have to use our service at short notice or you could not send the keys by one week before the date of service for some reason, please bring them directly to our office or send them via motorbike messenger by the day before.

After we receive the keys, we will inform you by telephone or e-mail.


The keys borrowed from you will be locked up in the key case in our office. We can keep your keys on a long-term basis upon request. In that case, we will issue a temporary receipt of the keys.


When three years have passed since we began to keep your keys and we cannot contact you, we would like to dispose of the keys.

Please request us a specific time to care your pets in order not to disturb their usual life style.

When we take care of dogs or cats who like playing, we keep in mind to play or walk with them a lot so that they can release their stress. Though physical strength is required for us because we have to visit a number of customers' home every day, we believe that this is the best service appreciated by our customers. Therefore, use our service not only when you go away, but also when you are too busy to play with your pets satisfactorily. After playing a lot, the face of your dogs or cats will become lively, they will become communicative, and sleep soundly.

After you notifies us that you have come back home and we confirm it, we will send back the keys via courier service.

After we confirm your notification of coming home, we will send back the keys via Yamato Transport's courier service (pay on delivery).

The payment can be chosen from three ways: prepayment, leaving the money at home, and deferred payment.

We would like to give you a written report informing you of the pet's condition, appetite, and excretion in detail. We write the report at the end of each visit so that you can read it when you get home.


If you inform us of your e-mail address in advance, we can send you the report with a photograph attached, every time we complete pet sitting.


If your pet seems to be sick or in different condition than usual, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to discuss which action we should take.
